Sara Feldman has used a variety of approaches to capture the line and rhythm of landscapes. In the series for this show, April 27-May 23, 2004, she explores the many moods of water, from calm reflecting pools to powerful waves hitting rocky shores. The paintings are multilayered, allowing the translucent quality of the acrylics to show depth and richness. She has been a member of Depot Square Gallery for seventeen years.
